This page explains which personal data we handle when you visit this site, book or write to us, and why.

Who is responsible

The data we receive

  • When you write or call us (email, phone, WhatsApp): your name, contact details and the content of your message.
  • When you book: what we need for your stay, such as your dates, number of guests, name and contact details. Online booking runs through our partner Octorate, which processes this data on our behalf.
  • During your stay: the identity details we are required by regulation to record for each traveller.

What we use it for

Only to answer your requests, manage your booking and stay, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

What the website itself does

  • The site uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies.
  • Your language choice is remembered in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to anyone.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is passed to Google, as with any external resource.
  • The booking widget (Octorate) is loaded from Octorate’s servers and may use its own technical cookies. The WhatsApp button and the links to Booking.com, Google and Airbnb lead to third-party services with their own rules.

Who can see your data

We do, plus the providers we need for your stay: Octorate for online booking, the platform you booked through if any (for example Booking.com), and the messaging services we use to reply to you. We do not pass anything on otherwise, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request or stay, and afterwards for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it or delete it, and object to certain uses, under the applicable law (including Moroccan Law 09-08 and, for travellers from the European Union, the GDPR). If we change anything important, we update this page and the date above.
